Refunds:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your food product arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, please contact us immediately at info@chefpoppin.com with photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer a full refund or a replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, please notify us at info@chefpoppin.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality or taste of a product, please contact us at info@chefpoppin.com. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis, and where applicable, provide a refund or store credit.

    Refund Timeline:

    Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once the request has been approved. Store credits or replacement items will be issued within the same timeframe.
