Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Custom or Bulk Orders: For large, custom, or bulk orders, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

    Free Shipping:

    We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). This includes standard shipping via ground services, which typically takes 3-5 business days.

      Shipping Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

      A flat rate of $9.99 will be charged for all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

      Please allow additional delivery time for these locations, which may take between 7-10 business days depending on the shipping carrier and location.

        Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

        Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your shipment online through the carrier’s website.

          Lost or Damaged Packages:

          Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

          Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

            Shipping Exclusions:

            • We do not currently offer international shipping.
            • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
